Apuvälinevuokrauksen vuokraehdot

• Vuokrattavat tuotteet noudetaan ja palautetaan ApuLapin Rovaniemen myymälään sen aukioloaikoina
• Vuokraaja vastaa tuotteen noudosta ja palautuksesta, ellei toisin ole sovittu
• Vuokraaja vastaa tuotteen kunnosta ja asianmukaisesta käytöstä vuokra-aikana
• Mikäli tuote palautetaan vaurioituneena, veloitus määräytyy ApuLappi Oy:n arvioiman todellisen vahingon perusteella
• Mikäli tuotetta ei palauteta, ApuLappi Oy veloittaa tuotteen täyden myyntihinnan
• Vuokramaksu suoritetaan tuotteen palautuksen ja tarkastuksen yhteydessä
• Vuokraaja käyttää vuokrattua apuvälinettä omalla vastuullaan. ApuLappi Oy ei vastaa vuokratuotteen käytöstä tai väärinkäytöstä aiheutuneista tapaturmista, vahingoista, menetyksistä tai kuluista, paitsi jos vahinko johtuu ApuLappi Oy:n törkeästä huolimattomuudesta tai tahallisesta teosta
• Vuokraaja sitoutuu käyttämään laitetta turvallisesti, huolellisesti ja ApuLappi Oy:n antamien ohjeiden mukaisesti

Terms of Mobility Aids Rental

• Products must be picked up and returned to ApuLappi’s Rovaniemi store during opening hours (MON–FRI 8 a.m.–4 p.m., closed on Finnish public holidays)
• The renter is responsible for arranging pick-up and return, unless otherwise agreed
• The renter is responsible for the condition and proper use of the product during the rental period
• If the product is returned damaged, the charge will be based on the actual damage assessed by ApuLappi Oy
• If the product is not returned, ApuLappi Oy will charge the full selling price of the product
• The rental fee is paid upon return and inspection of the product
• The renter acknowledges that the rented mobility aid is used at their own risk. ApuLappi Oy shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the rented product, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by ApuLappi Oy
• The renter agrees to use the equipment in a safe and responsible manner and to follow all provided instructions
